Refund policy

If you change your mind you have 14 days from receipt to return an item. It must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at perfectpaperclips@icloud.com.

If your return is agreed, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

If you want an exchange but the item isn’t in stock I’ll refund you instead.

Custom items can’t be returned.

If a refund is agreed, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Although, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact me.

Damages and issues
Let me know straight away if there’s an issue with your order or items. For example, the wrong item has been sent or an item is faulty/damaged.

Please provide a photo of any damage or fault. If the items were damaged in transit you’ll need to provide a photo of the damaged packaging too.
